材料:
1大匙蒜,
2大匙油,
2大匙菜脯,
3大匙虾米,
半大匙黑胡椒,
3片香菇,
100g肉碎,
少许虾仁,
2包乌东面,
指天椒(依个人喜好)
调味:
1大匙蚝油,
半大匙生抽,
半小匙盐,
150ml水。
做法:
烧热油爆香蒜和虾米, 再加入菜脯碎,黑胡椒,指天椒,香菇和肉碎炒香。
再加入乌东面和调味料炒均匀既可上碟享用。♥
